广东同畅环境科技有限公司位于湛江市遂溪县建新镇同畅科技园，成立于2021年4月26日，一期总投资8.28亿元，占地面积114亩。二期于2023年6月筹建，拟投资11.27亿元，占地面积394亩。两期建成后总投资达19.55亿元，占地面积为508亩。
一期项目建设有含油污泥热相分离车间、蒸馏车间(含废矿物油蒸馏线及苯酚焦油蒸馏线)、富氧侧吹熔池熔炼线、回转窑焚烧线及等离子体耦合线、物化废水车间(含废酸碱中和、废乳化液、感光废液、无机含氰废物处理线及废水处理线)、配套辅助车间等。

GuangdongTongchang Environmental Technology Co.,Ltd. is located in Tongchang Science and Technology Park,Jianxin TownSuixi County, Zhanjiang City. It was established on April 26,2021 with a total investment of828 million yuan in the first phase, covering an area of 114 acres.The second phase is planned to be built in June 2023with an investment of 1.127 billion yuan and an area of 394 acres.After the completion of the two phases,the total investment reached 1.955 billion yuan,covering an area of 508 acres.
The first phase of construction includes an oily sludge thermal phase separation workshop, a distillation workshop (including waste mineral oil distillation line and phenol tar distillation line), an oxygen rich side blown melting pool melting line,a rotary kiln incineration line and plasma coupling line, a physicochemical wastewater workshop (including waste acid alkali neutralization,waste emulsion,photosensitive wastewater inorganic eyanide waste treatment line and wastewater treatment line),and supporting auxiliary workshops.
